# Demo HLS Addon

> Demo HLS — Mux test stream icon, fixed m3u8 templates, native player smoke tests without embed ads.

**Demo HLS** (`addon.demo-hls`) is a Streamly **streaming addon** — a catalog playback source.

URL-template source that always resolves to Mux’s public test HLS. Uses the Mux pack icon. Perfect for verifying hls.js / native playback after deploy.

Provider resolver → viewer player (hls.js / native HLS).
