## Before contacting support

1. Reproduce on a clean browser profile.
2. Confirm env vars from [Environment Variables](/technical/environment-variables).
3. Confirm migrations applied in order.
4. Search this documentation (FAQ + deploy guides).

## When contacting support

Include:
