Apply every file in supabase/migrations/ in numeric / timestamp order. There is no combined schema.sql.

Billing	plans, subscriptions, transactions, trials, provider-agnostic billing
Plugins / themes	plugin registry, theme packages
Auth devices	viewer auth sessions / devices RPCs (recent migrations)
Content / contact	blog, contact messages, downloads

Exact filenames grow over time (e.g. *_viewer_subscription_trial_*, *_viewer_auth_*). Always apply every file present.
