Addons - Streamly

Addons (/admin/streaming-providers) are streaming sources only — install a provider, then attach playback IDs on titles.

Hierarchy law

Vimeo → addon only (source / public embed; optional token on that source form).
Mux / Bunny / Cloudflare Stream / VdoCipher → addon = source on titles; plugin = bigger API / signing.
OpenAir → live playlist addon. Requires Live TV plugin (features.live_tv).

Never treat addon and plugin as the same thing twice.

Stable public IDs — do not rename without a migration.

Open /admin/streaming-providers and install an addon.
For Mux/Bunny/CF Stream/VdoCipher platform APIs, also configure the matching plugin.
On each title, attach sources — use kind managed for CDN addons, or URL/HLS/embed kinds for direct streams. Full kind list: Catalog.
For OpenAir / Live TV, enable Live TV plugin first.
